    Indoor stall: $250.00 per month

    Indoor stall with turnout: $275.00 per month

    Pasture board: $125.00 per month


    Boarding services included:

        1) Feed/water twice per day no charge for special feed

        2) Worming and holding for vet/farrier services

        3) Stall cleaning

        4) Use of facilities:
                -wash rack
                -tack room
                -indoor round pen
                -outside work area



    Training: $400 per month
    ride/board/feed/stall cleaning

    Training Padded horses: $500 per month






    commission for selling: 12%

    bought/sold on premises: 5%

    dealt through (broker)





    Clipping services: Trim: $5.00

    Full body clip: $50.00

    Bathing: $10.00

    Exercise:
        $5.00 for 30 minutes round pen/lounge
        $10.00 per hour ride (broke horses not in training)
